Within a year he had closed his company that made the software opened a new one under a different name and a lot of people got burned just like Slysoft AnyDVD sold lifetime licenses to people then changed to Redfox. The person did and sounded great paid close to $150 for the software. In 2010 I needed some software and as I do I email companies if I don't know them to see if they respond. I think $19.99 is a very fair price if you compare this to other companies charging from $50 to $100 or even more for the same thing or in some cases even worse software. We have to be thankful that this company is giving a lifetime license away yes there is free software but how long will it last everyone has to make money somehow to live. I have to say this program is very good and not too hard for me to use.
